Our birthday party package is also suitable for small sports groups and team get-togethers! With endless inflatable fun and a hassle-free experience for parents, it’s a party everyone will remember!

Party Food

You may bring your own party food (you cannot use our kitchen facilities to re-heat or store any food) or order hot food platters from us (pre-orders only) or do a combination of both.

Please note the only way you are able to BYO your own food & cake is through a pre-booked self-catered party. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

How The Party Works

Upon booking your party, you will receive an email with a link to our Online Party Booking Form. This includes details for the hot food platters that can be ordered and your Party Guest List, which can be sent through the week prior to your party.
Arrival on the day should be 20 minutes before your start time. See our friendly counter staff when you arrive and they will help sign you in and point out your party table.
You may decorate your table with a theme or balloons etc. (table-top decorations only for general parties)
A general party booking includes a reserved table and 16 chairs. The duration of the party is for a total of 2 hours including access to your party table for that entire time.

Extra seating is not available for adults, so please keep this in mind for your guests attending the party.
We are more than happy for parents to play – in fact, we encourage mums and dads to get in and have fun with their children!
The inflatable play area is supervised by us so you can watch the kids at play or even better, get out there and have some fun yourself! However, please be aware that our Inflatable World supervisors’ responsibility is to supervise the correct use of the equipment and ensure all customers receive a fair turn.

They are not responsible for monitoring the behaviour of individual groups and as such you are responsible for the supervision of your guests.

Yes, absolutely! Most parties do a combination of our hot food options and some snack options they provide. Or we can take care of it all!

We do not set a maximum number of children as such but the reserved table for your group will seat 16 as a set configuration and cannot be added to. For larger groups or if you wish to have extra seating, we suggest booking a double party package which gives you 24 bands for the kids and also 2 tables both seating 16.

Yes, other children and adults are welcome to be paid for as a casual entry at the counter upon arrival on the day.

Our castles are available for anyone to play on that is of walking age, adults included! For any children under 5 they will require an adult to play on the equipment with them at all times.

Yes, you can adjust the list on the day if required, and we will not charge you for anyone that doesn’t turn up if they are an extra guest.

Yes, our party package is a set cost so the price will remain the same but you’re welcome to come along and have a great time anyway! You can also add extras on the day if needed to make up the numbers.
